Our helpful staff would be happy to assist you with ancillaries such as a locating a great boutique hotel,, the perfect restaurant, or tickets to sold-out shows and sporting events.
At Star, we have invested heavily in state-of-the-art technology including software that provides us with the most up-to-date flight tracking information available. If your flight is delayed coming into MSP, our dispatchers and your chauffeur are already aware of it and will be awaiting your arrival. If there is a last-minute change, no problem, all of our chauffeurs are in constand contact with our dispatch office.

When you have arrived at MSP
Standard Airport Service:
Please call our dispatch office at (866)440-2907 once your flight lands (if you do not have checked luggage) or you have collected your luggage from the baggage carousel assigned for your flight (see the airport directory screens to find your baggage carousel). Proceed down the escalator across from baggage carousel 8. Proceed approximately twenty-five yards and turn left, following the “Ground Transportation” signs. Turn left at the top of the escalator. Your Star Transportation chauffeur will greet you with your name on a card on the windshield of his/her vehicle.
Meet and Greet Service:
If you are flying into MSP for the first time or just prefer to be met at baggage claim, we also offer a complimentary meet-and-greet service. With this service, your chauffeur will meet you at the baggage carousel assigned to your flight, holding a sign with your name on it. Your chauffeur will then assist you with any baggage and escort you to your awaiting vehicle.
